I had a fantastic time at this hotel in the hills of Tuscany. The location was breathtaking and provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay, just like the previous reviewer who received exceptional service when their car broke down. The spacious grounds and sport facilities, including a swimming pool and tennis court, were a great bonus. I also appreciated the option of having a room with a kitchenette, as mentioned by another guest, which would be perfect for preparing meals. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.
All was great!

The resort provided a heavenly escape in a beautiful location. The outdoor areas were amazing, especially the large and clean swimming pool. We also loved the views and the well-maintained grounds. The staff were friendly and helpful, and offered great recommendations for local restaurants. We enjoyed using the sporting facilities, including the tennis and soccer courts, as well as the available bicycles. the resort's quiet location made it the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area by car.
Our room lacked certain amenities, such as a better kettle and more modern air conditioning. It would have been nice to have access to a kitchenette for more flexibility in meal options.

What a weekend! The pool was amazing and big enough to swim laps, the room had a nice view and the breakfast was delicious. We were happy to find out that the hotel was located in a peaceful area, away from the crowded city. Also, having a gym and bicycles included in the rate was a plus.
Some aspects were disappointing. The bar and pool close too early, not allowing us to enjoy a nice evening there. Also, the air conditioning was old and noisy, making it hard to sleep at night. Finally, we were surprised to find out that there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, which made it difficult to plan our excursions, but at the same time we enjoyed the opportunity to disconnect.

The WiFi signal within the room is limited, which can be a bit of a bummer for those who need to stay connected while enjoying the quiet atmosphere.
